This is a 5 bedroom home they could easily house a family but yet Ulster Bank has just neglected to anything with house and to be honest it’s fallen into hazardous conditions and a huge risk to anyone in this housing estate.

Take Back the City have occupied the offices of AirBnb on Hanover Quay in the Docklands.
We did this on the weekend of Open House Dublin, Ireland’s biggest Architecture festival. The AirBnb HQ was open to the public as part of this festival; it has now been shut down. We are occupying the central atrium of this beautifully designed building in protest against AirBnb’s impact on the housing crisis in Ireland - and across the world.

Corofin was back in court today in Ennis where Brian and Tommy faced attachment and commital proceedings before Judge Gerald Keys. Mid proceedings while Brian was trying to present his case and to try and keep himself and Tommy out of jail, this was very difficult as Judge Keys constantly interrupted, in walked 8-10 Gardai and encircled the courtroom.

Meet Donna the enforcement officer who was leading the attempted aggressive evictions of a private property on Great James Street on 12th June 2018. She hid behind the police as much as possible as her paperwork was fake, forged, fraudulent. She actually stated on the day that "No court order is ever lodged!"
She was determined to get vacant possession no matter what the circumstances were of the tenants including a 2 year old child present on the property in which got seperated from his father in the commotion caused by them. In a later recording you will hear Donna almost begging for a safe exit by requesting the peaceful crowd to disperse firstly. She also went on to say that she had family and lives too to look after. How selfish and how ironic. She knew she had been exposed by her fake paperwork. They were all exposed.
The importance of the original documents was recognised by one police officer via a driving licence scenario. No one even signed the photocopied paperwork to give the alleged order authenticity. This is something me or you is expected to do with any photocopied documents we submit, eg to Land Registry. So why not them in such and important matter as attempting to take someones private home away from them??
They only way they enforcement officers and police and judiciary can try and win here is by intimidation, breaking the Law and abusing their authority.

The vulture fund which is trying to evict tenants from the Leeside Apartments has resorted to dirty tricks to try to force them to leave while they have renocations done. We're going to call them out on everything they do and continue to fight alongside the residents against any evictions.

In 2016 a bunch of families were being evicted from their homeless accommodation on Mountjoy St, because the owners of the building demanded more money to keep housing them there. Molly & her mam Carol were one of the families, & we were all delighted when they found a 2-bed house. It was a privately-owned house, but part of the rent was paid by HAP - a new name for Rent Allowance.
Two & a half years later, the landlord decided he didn't want the hassle. He's evicting them, and they'll probably be homeless again because now it's even HARDER to find a place to live - especially with a child.
Carol says "Mollys video from 2016 sadly Molly is facing homelessness yet again in 2018. I work work a zero hour contract I'm not eligible for a mortgage. I've never felt like such a failure as a mother but molly is giving me strength and courage to fight on."
Carol, you're not a failure. You're being failed. It's not your fault.

Just to be clear the tenants rent was up-to-date the landlord James devine was getting 1900 monthly and he wanted to raise up to 2300 above the 4% . tenants correctly said no because of rent cap and they also took him to rtb for minimum standards of dwelling and previous damage they where awarded damages and then he does this .so to clarify they are actually 2 months ahead in rent.Plus I think it's also important to let people know the family had spent 7 years in direct provision prior to moving into this property, their first home in Ireland.

The protesters are calling for the resignation of Masding, as well as Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe, should the loan sales to Vulture Funds be allowed to continue.
